Last minute registration is still possible. (Abstracts can no longer be accepted).

Registration and payment

Payment (Bank transfer, Credit card payment or PayPal) must be made in full at the time of registration.

• access to all presentations and poster sessions
• conference materials including program/abstract book
• guided tour of the old town on Wednesday
• conference BBQ on Wednesday evening
• 2 lunches (Tuesday and Wednesday)
• coffee breaks (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
• finger food during the poster session (Monday and Tuesday)

Abstract

After registration you will receive a password with which you can edit/ submit your abstract here. We would like:

1. a title (max. 30 words)
2. a list of co-authors
3. an abstract (max 350 words)
4. an indication if you would like to be considered for an oral presentation. Note that we can only consider an abstract for an oral presentation when the abstract has been submitted before June 1st.

 

Cancellations

Notification of cancellation must occur in writing by Email to the organizers (conference@sfb960.de). Cancellations may be partially refunded according to the following cancellation fees:

• Cancellation received by Mai 1^st, 2022: forfeit 50€
• Cancellation received by June 1^st, 2022 forfeit 100€
• Cancellation after June 1^st, 2022: not refundable
