Format of talks

We will contact all speakers prior to the conference and send details about the length of the talks. Computers will be provided and talks can be uploaded using e.g. USB sticks. All talks will be deleted at the end of the individual sessions.

Please contact the colleagues that take care of the audiovisual equipment well before the session starts to ensure that your presentation works on the provided computers.

Format of posters

Posters should be printed in portrait orientation using the A0 format (841 x 1,189mm, which equals 33.1 x 46.8  inches). Poster boards and pins will provided on site.
